During my time at Regis I’ve been an invaluable asset to the Education Department, serving a number of roles including but not limited to digital content admin, social media manager, production assistant, graphic designer, product manager, support specialist, and more.
Beginning as a Creative Assistant to the Vice President of Creative, my primary responsibilities included strategizing the social activity of the VP Creative in order to bolster employee retention and recruiting, managing and processing monthly employee contests across the company’s 10+ brands, contributing to the conceptualization and development of a digital education app, supporting departmental campaigns and live events, assisting in technical educational content production (including video and print production), supporting vendor partnerships with brands such as L'Oréal, Paul Mitchell, and various other tasks related to overall department initiatives.
As I progressed in the company - and having contributed to the development and launch of the company’s digital education platform as well as performing the duties of the content admin - I filled the needs of a more product-focused role. I managed the continued development of the web app powering the education of the stylists at 5,000+ franchise salons, supported key stakeholders of the product, created efficiencies in support to users, proposed features and enhancements to UX within app, and more.
Throughout my employment, I’ve created operational workflows and developed systems that improved efficiency and productivity for cross-functional teams. From task management systems to diagramming and documenting business processes, my contributions to projects optimized productivity, accuracy, and overall effectiveness of operations.
